• Estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page and assume shipping to mainland Portugal; they may vary depending on the type of item;
• Delivery dates may be affected in exceptional situations by internal logistic issues or carrier operations, or during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, when order volume is higher;
• For large appliances, the shipping cost varies according to the weight of the goods; free shipping is not currently available for this type of product;
• Orders are shipped and delivered on business days, i.e., Monday to Friday, except on national or local holidays in Leiria or in the delivery location;
• If an item is out of stock at this location and an internal transfer is required, 1-2 additional business days will be added to the stated times;
• When the order ships, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number so you can follow every step until delivery via the carrier's website;
• For internal logistics reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels. You will receive an email for each shipment, listing the items dispatched in that parcel.

If for any reason you cannot be present to receive your order, depending on the carrier and the item dimensions, one of the following may occur:

• A new delivery attempt (usually the following day).
• A notice left in your mailbox to collect the order at a pickup point.
• A return process to PCBYTE.

On receiving the order you should check the integrity of the items in the courier's presence and refuse the delivery if there is visible damage.

• Free shipping for orders from €50 with a weight up to 30 kg. From 31 kg onwards, fees apply based on the table below;
• For orders with deferred payment (option available to selected customers via the PCBYTE Corporate Department), free shipping is not available;
• Estimated delivery in 1 business day. Orders placed by 7:00 PM on a business day are usually delivered the next business day;
• Estimated delivery in 4-5 business days for large items (over 40 kg or 1.40 m, such as large appliances, TVs over 50", PCBYTE GML desktops with monitor, etc.).

• Fees apply based on the values in the table below;
• Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days for orders up to 5 kg;
• Estimated delivery in 7-16 business days for orders over 5 kg.

• Free pickup at PCBYTE stores;
• Items in stock at the chosen store are usually available for pickup the same day (on business days);
• "To order" items require an additional 1-2 business days for internal stock transfer;
• In both cases, please wait for the email notification stating when your order is available for pickup.
